This company buys outstanding accounts with the hope of future collection. They do not have any documentation relating to the dollar amount or if there was an incorrect payment entry or insurance payment. They use empty threats to try and intimidate you into paying them money. The money does not do to the original account it goes to the agency.

They are harassing me at work and sending paperwork to a job that I am no longer employed at.

Received a call from "Officer Steven Douglas" from the BCI, Bureau of Criminal Investigations. Please, people, do NOT give this guy anymore info than he may already have about you. He is very rude, unprofessional, and extremely threatening. He speaks very poor english, pronounces the number 4, as fo. First of all, the BCI does not make threats to the American public, especially regarding false Pay Day Loans. Nor would the BCI ask for a letter of apology, and then settle for a particular amount of money. This is a major scam, which I must admit, was very scarey at first. But once I read more about the BCI, I'm certain that "Steven Douglas" is indeed a scam artist, and NOT with the BCI.

I have no idea who this is. I tried to call the number back and it says Portfolio Recovery and to hold. There is no reason they should be calling me and I wish they would stop.

says i owe money on a payday loan that i paid off a year ago. He keeps leaving me messages threatening me and says they will come to my house and arrest me....

I also received a charge on my account that I know nothing about!!!It was for 24.99 and my bank is unable to see who it is!

Got a phone call from this number an they said they wanted me to help them steal peopls ids an that theirs a lot of money to be maid, i said no an that i was going to report this an then they said, were going to kill you an alot of other people an then hung up..so iv got my 50 cal sniper rifle an the rest of my wepons an im on the hunt for these people! im crazy dont fuk with me!
